RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Handmade products cannot be perfect. Defects within a reasonable range, such as a small amount of color mixing, slight scratches, side color strips not completely aligned, raised grouting points, etc., will not affect use and are not quality issues.
  • If the goods you received are seriously damaged or have quality problems, please contact our customer service email within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will reply within 3 working days. Customer service email: OLO.onelastorbit@gmail.com
  • If you use a third-party forwarding company for shipping, we will not be responsible for damage or delays to the goods.

 

Return process:

  1. Please contact customer service to create a return order number before returning the product. Return address will be provided according to your region.
  2. Please pack the goods in the original carton and send them to the return address. Please choose a mailing method with a trackable number. We cannot track or accept untrackable shipments.
  3. Upon sending, please send the original order number and return courier number to the customer service email.
  4. Returns will be refunded within 10 business days of receiving the return.
